Privacy policy
Last updated July 2026
The Camberwell is the consulting practice of Julia Whyte. This page covers what the site collects and what happens to it. The short version: nothing is collected unless you send an enquiry, and there are no cookies.
What the site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, company (optional) and message. Nothing is gathered while you browse.
What it is used for
Answering your enquiry. Your details are not added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
None. No analytics, no advertising trackers, so no cookie banner.
Who else touches your data
A few services help the site run, and each may see limited technical data such as your IP address under its own terms:
- The contact form is handled by Web3Forms, which passes your message to my inbox and does not store it.
- The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches the font files from Google when a page opens.
- The site's host keeps standard server logs to serve pages securely.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what information I hold about you, and request it be corrected or deleted. Send that through the contact form and I will sort it.
